Why should I read this policy?
This policy describes how we at Pellvac AB collect, use and protect your personal data.
What information do you collect about me?
We collect information that helps us provide a service to you, this includes:
- name
- contact details
Comments on the report
When visitors leave comments/reviews on the site, we collect the information displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and user agent string to help detect spam messages.
Gravatar
An anonymized string created from your email address (also known as a hash value) may be sent to the Gravatar service to determine if you are registered there.
The privacy policy of the Gravatar service is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile picture will be publicly displayed along with your comment if you use Gravatar services.
Media
If you email us a photo, you should avoid uploading images where the EXIF data includes GPS location data.
Analysis
We use analytical tools that show how many visitors we have on the site, how many people click on different menus and buttons. This is measured in Google Analytics. We also use other tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixel and others to help us improve the site in the long run. These tools can never be used to see or create statistics on a personal level. It is therefore not possible to identify personal information. Only cluster information – demographic and to some extent geographical information.

How will you use my information?
We need to know some things about you in order to provide you with newsletters and payment information and statistics in line with this overall policy.
If you provide us with your email address, for example via purchase, this does not mean that we will send you newsletters.
However, we may use this information to contact you about circumstances that may affect delivery, or if we need to inquire about something regarding your order.
We may also use the information you provide via purchase to better understand our audience: For example, lookalike audience on Facebook.
We will not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you.
Marketing
We will to a limited extent use information we have collected for our own marketing.
This means, for example, that by having visited this site and added items to the shopping cart but not completed your purchase – may receive an email reminder that you have items in your cart.
If you have purchased from us, your e-mail address will be saved for follow-up.
You will receive a confirmation email that your transaction has been completed.
You may also receive follow-up emails.
However, you will not receive newsletters from us, we will not add you to recurring newsletters.
Advertising
Based on your visit to this website, you may see ads from Pellvac in the channels we have chosen to advertise in. These channels include but are not limited to:

Re-targeting
Re-targeting means that you who visit the site may see ads that relate to Pellvac – if and when we have promotions.
For example, it may be that you have looked at or added an item to the shopping cart.
Facebook Pixel means that you may see ads based on your feed and interaction on Facebook or this website.
We do not have access to your personal Facebook page or related information.
How long will you keep my information?
We have accounting requirements that require us to keep some of your information for up to 7 years, after which it will be deleted.
Information that we use for newsletters or marketing will be retained until such time as you choose to unsubscribe from it.
With whom do you share my information?
Your personal data is handled by staff in Sweden, but to a limited extent via third parties necessary to handle payment in webshops. We use Stripe, Paypal and Swish to handle secure payment in our webshop. To complete payment, information from you is needed.

Where did you get my information?
Your information is stored in data centers within the European Union.
For technical reasons, our subcontractors may need to move information to other countries outside the EU.
If this happens, appropriate safeguards and standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission are used.
What are my rights?
Right to information: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification: We want to ensure that your information is up to date and accurate. You can request to have your information corrected or removed if you believe it is incorrect.
Right to erasure: You can request that we erase your personal data. We may not delete data that the law requires us to keep.
Data portability: You can ask us to move your personal data from our IT environment to someone else, either another company or to you. This does not apply to data that the law requires us to keep.
Withdraw consent: You can withdraw your consent to share your information or to receive marketing/mailings at any time. Either by unsubscribing from the message or contacting us by email.
Complaints: You can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of the GDPR.
If you have posted any comments on this website, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have given us. You can also request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
